14 CAPRINE Drive

This is a 10 acre meadowed lot with a large metal barn(some apparent wind damage), fenced and cross fenced, a septic system, electric service, and a 340' well w/ 126' water column in it. Driller's report at OSE shows 50GPM at time of drilling, 9/13/02. 3 containers have been delivered, but not finished, installed or completed. They are somewhat finished-interiors, including rooms, plumbing, electrical, insulation They were installed and occupied at a previous location. LBX on containers on grd. 3rd container contains BR & bath, but still on trailer(included), difficult to see. All the main pieces are there to be assembled and completed for a residence. Sold as is.
